The value of 10 000 mm means that every square centimetre of the ski jacket must be able to withstand the pressure of a column of water at least 10 000 mm high without allowing moisture to pass through. This value is a sign of premium clothing: the jacket remains impervious to water even in torrential rain. The ski jacket is made with a two-layer fabric construction: its membrane is worked to the inside of the fabric to form the first layer, and the second, breathable layer is loosely sewn to the inner surface of the garment. The practical zips along the sides make it easy to slip out of the jacket, while its short length cut ensures complete freedom of movement and allows for layered technical dressing.
